You receive a clear summary of your options — with costs confirmed before anything is actioned. We do not charge or change a booking without your explicit approval.

4. Request actioned and tracked

Once approved, the change or refund is submitted. You receive confirmation and, for refunds, progress updates until the amount is returned.

Understanding fare types

Eligibility for changes and refunds depends on the fare class purchased. A specialist can confirm exactly what applies to your ticket.

Flexible / Refundable fares

Allow changes and cancellations with reduced or no fees. Cash refunds are typically available. Best for travelers with uncertain dates.

Semi-flexible fares

Changes allowed with a fee. Cancellations may yield a travel credit rather than a cash refund. Fees vary significantly by airline and route.

Non-refundable / Basic fares
